You can cancel orders within 14 days of receipt and return them to us. We will not cover any shipping costs incurred.

- After positive verification of the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account. Please note that the process can take up to 14 working days .
Is an exchange possible?
If you would like a different item, please simply reorder in the online shop - then you can immediately see whether the item you want is in stock in your size. Please do not include any orders in the package, as the item you want may be sold out by the time your package arrives!
Order was damaged/delivered incorrectly, what should I do?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, contact us via the contact form or at info@tno-clothing.com . The support team will inform you about the next steps.
There is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price for items that have been clearly worn or washed.
